Position Summary: Assist users in resolving problems through diagnoses and discussion of the particular problem.  Will take the necessary steps to recognize the problem, research, isolate, and resolve the problem.  Candidate must be able to resolve problems of a moderate level of complexity.  Responsibilities include: 1) Supporting SNRA's  Service desk, 2) Managing help desk tickets, providing first level support, and ticket escalation, 3) Documentation development, and 4) Local System Administrator duties (desktop/laptop computer setup, password resets and basic user setup, purchasing, and first level system administrator duties.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of five (5) years of Information Technology Help Desk and technical support experience. An Associate Degree from an accredited college, some IT Certifications (Microsoft, LAN, WAN, Oracle), or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.  Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), as well as an understanding of basic functions of Windows, WAN, LAN, Wireless, Voice Over IP, Cellular Exchange, Desktop PC and laptops.   Must be detail oriented and self-motivated, have excellent customer service skills, and extremely organized to be able to handle multiple projects at one time.  Windows administration skills required, user account creation, exchange, mailbox creation with administration of these (password reset).
