Position Summary

The Customer Service Account Specialist is responsible for providing strong advisory sales through excellent customer service.  The successful employee will answer calls in a courteous and efficient manner, process orders with impeccable accuracy, probe for business needs, and assess the client expectations.  The position is responsible for regular follow-up on all customer requests received both internally and externally via mail or email.  Effective writing skills and telephone etiquette, with a sense of urgency and a professional attitude, are essential.  Fluency with the SRNA website and a strong knowledge of SRNA products, features, benefits, warranties, sizing, application and the ability to effectively communicate these in a compelling way.  Must also communicate with all departments regarding timely order release, pricing and shipping requirements and any other special needs.  Request Credits/Debits due to invoice discrepancies and return requests due to miss-shipments.  Maintain department reference guides for all customers with the most current account information and training of backup personnel.  Generate routine and ad hoc reports as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of Call Center Sales experience and training.  Proven proficiency in sales and meeting/exceeding sales targets.  Must be detailed oriented as well as self motivated. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), a Bachelor's degree preferred, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as 10-key by touch. Must have basic math and accounting skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, knowledge of SRNA product or website, and the ability to handle high volume inbound customer phone calls. Must be able to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods of time. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds for files and computer printouts. The work environment is typical of an office environment where the air is controlled and kept at mild temperatures.
